Terms of service

To start the commissioned paintings, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required, which can be made via PayPal, before I start working. Balance due on completion prior to shipping or pick up.

Returns

All sales made on this website are final. However, if for some reason, you feel like you want to return your purchased artwork you have the right to do so within 14 days of receiving the purchased artwork. In a case of return please contact me through the contact form or my email artbykauner@gmail.com. The item must be in perfect condition when returned. The customer covers the shipping cost in case of returns. 

Payments & pricing

I reserve the right to change products and product pricing at any time. I also reserve the right to refuse any order you place. In the event that I make a change to or cancel an order, I will notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.  

Accuracy of information

Occasionally there may be information on the Website that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to availability, promotions and offers. I reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the Website or Services is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). I undertake no obligation to update, amend or clarify information on the website including, without limitation, pricing information, except as required by law. No specified update or refresh date applied on the website should be taken to indicate that all information on the Website or Services has been modified or updated.  

Disclaimer of warranty 

I always make sure that my used materials are top quality and that I only ship high quality products. All shipments are insured by me so if anything were to happen to your artwork during the shipping between my studio and your destination you don’t have to worry about the costs. However, once you have received your artwork and accepted the shipment, I do not offer further warranty for the purchased items.

Please note that all artworks are mounted on natural materials (wooden frames) and some warping may occur. This is usually caused because of the change in room temperature and humidity, please contact your local carpenter/ framer for assistance in these situations.
